Sergeant Charles D. Kipp was a Canadian soldier in the Second World War, fighting in the months following D-Day. Countless hardships were endured and when the war ended, Kipp had a lifetime of aftermath to deal with, both physically and mentally. Closure came for him decades later when he revisited a battlefield.
