Much better then I expected. The art style was really beautiful I thought. It's reminiscent of old oil paintings and suits the story setting well. The story itself was pretty solid. Nothing really groundbreaking but definitely solidly entertaining and enjoyable to read.

I'm not a huge Marvel fan, but considering the many talented folks who worked on this one, I wanted to read it. The story is interesting, and I love how Gaiman wove different characters into it. The art is beautiful, as well.

Brilliant alternate reality style collected series that plays around with many of the Marvel universes' characters and shifts them into the past. Gaiman does terrific work with this series.

Throughly enjoyed it. Not the typical Gaiman graphic novel (ie. Sandman) but still up to Gaiman's usual quality.

1602 takes all of the marvel characters and places them in Europe in the year 1602. Very good read well written by Neil Gaiman some of the art work is not the greatest and the ending could use some work but overall is a very solid read.
